• Very large storage tin measures approximately 12-1/4" diameter  X  7-3/4" high
• Cream body with a red lid;  gold-tone interior (body and lid);   the lid fits tightly
• No manufacturer or former packaging marks;  probably mid-20th Century (?)
• Well-used condition, with a litany of flaws:  scratches, chips, dents,
  paint loss, wear, etc. etc.  -- both inside and out
• However, a bit of work could make this a very interesting conversation piece:
  imagine the  massive fruitcake  that you could store;
  a  double batch  of  chocolate chip cookies;
  or your favorite  wool yarn  stash
